Support Policy

• Technical support is provided during our business hours, between Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 7 PM (GMT+7). At times, our representatives may volunteer to provide assistance outside the regular hours, too, should any urgent need arise. We are located in SouthEast Asia and only provide technical support in English.
• We offer free support and upgrade for six months from the date of purchase.
• This support will include - Any bug/issues fixes, minimal text and cosmetic changes, Product Walkthrough calls to help you understand the features and functionalities and how to use them.
• Support will not include new change requests. What you see on the demo is what we offer by default regarding the design, features, and functionalities. All change requests will be charged a nominal fee. Contact us to know our prices.
• For any customizations - Reach out to our support team with your custom requirements, and they will assist you with the estimate for the same.

Telephone / Skype / Zoom Support

• Zoom / Skype / Telephone support is available, but a support ticket must be opened before technical support is provided via any of these mediums. Our technical support team will give the customer a Zoom link or Skype group for further assistance. Technical support over the telephone is only avaialble during office hours which are Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 7 PM (GMT+7.

Product upgrade policies

• We release a new version of the software every 6-8 weeks. This upgraded source code will be provided free of cost for six months from purchase.
• If you need our help upgrading the latest software version on your server, technical charges will be applicable. Reach out to our support team for the technical installation charges.
• If you have customized the software - these upgrades will have to be manually patched up. The cost depends on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our support to know the price.
• If you want extended support after a free support period, reach out to our support team. They will assist you with the charges and details.

Unauthorized Resale of Products

• Adent does not allow the unauthorized resale of our products and will pursue any means necessary to prevent it. This includes contact from our attorney, an abuse report to your web host, and charges filed with local authorities, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It is a Federal crime to resell the software on the Internet illegally. Our products are protected under copyright in the USA.

Transfer of License

• License keys are non-transferrable. We do not allow the transfer of licenses from one owner to another.

• In no event shall Adent (or its employees) be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, stemming from the use or performance of any information, products or services provided through this web site, even if this web site has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Installation & Setup Policies

• All our products are delivered instantly via our digital delivery partner DPD. Once you order the software, you will be delivered the product instantly to your email inbox. Our support manager will reach out to you to get the information required for the Installation service.
• When you purchase the software, provide valid contact information (Email & phone number ) - so our team can reach out to you. Our support manager will reach out to you via email within 12hours of the purchase.
• If you do not provide valid details for the installation, we will not be able to proceed further. Please check with our pre-sales team for the software installation checklist before purchasing.
• Once you provide all the necessary details for installation, the support manager will raise an installation ticket with the tech team.
• Installation of the software will take 6-7 business days.

General Legal Information

• Adent grants you a license of our premium software with 100% unencrypted source code.
• You can use the source code for personal or commercial purposes.
• You cannot resell, distribute, transfer to a non-paying user, commercially exploit it, or make the application available to any third party.
• Adent reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
• Adent offers six months of free support that includes only bug fixes & product upgrades. Contact our support team if you want to have extended support after the six months free support period ends.
• Adent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
• Adent product cost is a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees from Adent.
• Adent may use other third-party services/plugins that are not owned or controlled by Adent, which refers to their Terms of Services or pricing directly.
• Adent doesn't provide any content with the application. You're responsible for all the Content.
• Adent has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the Content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Adent shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
• All purchases are entitled to 100% unencrypted source code, technical documentation, API reference guide, one free installation by our expert team & 1 training session on using the software.
