How do I raise an installation ticket?

If you’ve purchased any of our installation services, you’d have gotten an email from our delivery partner, GetDPD with details on how to raise it. If you haven’t gotten the email, please check your junk folder. If not, please raise a ticket by emailing support@adent.freshdesk.com with the details of your purchase and we’ll take care of you!

What are the revenue channels for the scripts?

We use the Laravel framework on PHP, along with MySQL and Javascript. We also use caching servers like Redis / Memcached, and our scripts work with nginx and apache2. We also use support streaming servers like nginx-rtmp, lighttpd streaming, wowza streaming server and adobe flash media servers.

Do I need to go for an expensive Dedicated server?

In short, you can always start small and go for a VPS server. Just make sure to enquire and confirm that the VPS hosting provider supports these requirements

Multiple license? Multiple domains?

Is your software encrypted?

No! We give you 100% source code required to run the website. We just ask you to respect the licensing and not use the software on multiple servers.

How can I get a refund?

We sell digitally downloadable software all of which come with a demo. Please make you view the demo of the product to understand the functionalities before purchasing. Because of the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds aren’t possible once the files have been delivered to you immediately after your purchase, except under extraordinary situations.
